Legal Highs
The sale of Legal Highs which are a mix of dried plant material and other substances that have possibly dangerous effects are rising worldwide, with vendors exploiting legal loopholes.
There are a few generic legal high names including potpourri, spice and so called incense which is synthetic marijuana and a vast number of manufacturer big brands.
Some of the more damaging products called bath salt which have been banned in some states slowed sales temporarily, but then the makers made debatable changes to the product ingredients and now there are replacement products offered under alternative names.
The Legal Highs substances have effects similar to those of weed and other proscribed substances but their chemical makeup is slightly different. Sellers say the substances thus are legal, but authorities say this is a ploy to get around the law.
Sellers also say the products are meant not for consumption excepting use as incense which is another loophole being used for the Legal Highs.

Outlets who sell the Legal High products employ a legal loophole by promoting the Legal Highs as incense but they know customers are purchasing the products to get high.
Legal High products are widely available on the Web. Some states have band Legal Highs altogether but Legal Highs can still be acquired in numerous states.
There were cases of individuals suffering mental disturbances after smoking Legal Highs.
It’s completely likely that Legal High products contain perilous substances.
These legal high products say they are herbal when actually nobody knows the chemicals which are being used to make these synthetic drugs.
